Dias was born October 17, 1959, of Cape Verdean descent. attended Taunton, Mass., public schools; Youth Challenge Training Center, Spencer, NY; Youth Challenge International Bible Inst., Sunbury, PA; Trinity University, Deerfield, IL pastored (by rotation) at Community Weslyan Church, Allentown, PA instructed part-time at Youth Challenge Bible Inst., Sunbury, PA served as Residential Supervisor, Christian Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, Perth Amboy, NJ has provided numerous community services to: prison ministry, criminal justice system, homeless population, substance abusers, local shelters, coffee houses, rescue missions, Salvation Army, Head Start programs, local and private educational systems, street evangelism, self-help groups, fund raising, HIV and AIDS victims, preaching and teaching throughout Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Arizona and New Jersey.
